Orders will be shipped within a week of receipt, if there is a further delay you will be notified.  We apologize for the inconvenience, and sincerely appreciate your business.  Thank you for understanding!

Timing

Orders are shipped the next business day after they are received.  When your order is shipped, you will receive two emails.  One will be a confirmation from the credit card processor, the second will be from me, and will have the date it was shipped, along with your tracking information.  You can track your package at http://www.usps.com.

Standard shipping

The default, standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation.  The cost is $5.95, and generally takes 3 business days to deliver.

Express shipping

If you would like your ordered shipped via overnight mail, the charge is $19.95.  Orders are almost always guaranteed for delivery by 3 p.m. the following day.  One of the advantages of using USPS is that they do deliver on Saturday.  Sometimes even on Sundays...!

International shipping

Whenever possible, orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority mail, with tracking.  The cost for this is $12.95.  Please do not ask us to be deceptive in any way about what we are shipping.  Packing slips will be included with your order, and the contents and value declared.

Delivery is usually 7-10 business days, depending on your location.  Some packages take up to 4 weeks to deliver, this is a customs issue, please be patient!
