Ordering and Shipping questions
ORDERING AND SHIPPING: How are orders packaged? How do I order by mail using a check or money order for payment? How do I order by FAX using a credit card for payment? If I order online, what will appear on the credit card bill?
How do I use PayPal to pay for my order? I selected the "Print to order by fax or mail" option at the shopping cart page and received a receipt for my order, but I have not yet ordered anything. Will I be billed for this? How long does shipping take? May I pay via Western Union, using a money order, or cash?
How are orders packaged?
All orders are shipped
in plain US Postal Service packaging.

How do I order by mail using a
check or money order for payment?
Select the item(s) you
wish to order, and click "add to cart". You will then be
directed to the online checkout page. Near the bottom of the
"shopping cart" page there is a listing of "Ways to Order".
Click on "Print to order by fax or mail". Enter your shipping
info and click "Continue". A page will appear displaying your
order and shipping information. Print out this page and mail it
(along with a money order or check for the amount of the "Grand
Total") to the address listed on the printed page (under "Mail"
heading).

How do I order by FAX using a
credit card for payment?
Select the item(s) you
wish to order, and click "add to cart". You will then be
directed to the online checkout page. Near the bottom of the
"shopping cart" page there is a listing of "Ways to Order".
Click on "Print to order by fax or mail". Enter your shipping
info and click "Continue". A page will appear displaying your
order and shipping information. Print out this page and FAX it,
along with credit card information and signature, to the FAX
phone number listed on the upper right-hand corner of the order
form.

If I order online, what will
appear on the credit card bill?
If you used a credit
card, "Herbal Explorations" will appear on the bill.

How do I use PayPal to pay for
my order?
We do not accept
PayPal.

mailed it in with payment. Will I be billed for this?
No, you will not be
billed anything. We will not ship mail or fax orders until
payment has been received, and will not invoice you for a mail
order that has been placed.

How long does shipping take?
Priority Mail shipping
($4.95 shipping & handling) takes 3 to 4 business days.
Express Mail shipping
($18.95) is overnight to most locations, some locations
are only guaranteed 2nd day by the US Postal Service.
We ship the next business
day from receipt of order.

May I pay via Western Union, money order, or cash?
We do not accept
payments via Western Union and do not give out our bank
information. We are happy to accept your money orders (please
see above for instructions on how to order via mail). We accept
cash but do not recommend it. If you must pay with cash please
wrap it discreetly in a security envelope, doing so is at your
own risk.
